We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our Data & Insights team. In this role, you will design user-friendly, optimized software solutions and contribute to data-driven projects that improve both user experience and system performance. What you'll do:
- Provide hands-on guidance and leadership throughout the entire software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with architects and teams across the company to design and implement solutions
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback to team members, and contribute to their development
- Stay up to date with technological advancements, discover and implement new tools and solutions
- Lead technology transformation in backend architecture
- Define and recommend best practices tailored to n11’s needs and infrastructure
Who you are:
- At least 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in designing and building backend systems
- At least 5+ years of Java/Spring and its components/Spring Boot development experience
- At least 5+ years of Microservice development experience
- Good knowledge of Object-Oriented design and SOLID principles
- Experience in TDD, DDD
- Experience with containerization and orchestration frameworks such as Docker and/or Kubernetes
- Experience with non-relational, NoSQL databases and other data analytics applications (ELK, Couchbase, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, Solr, etc.)
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Experience with messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMq, etc.)
- Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
