What You'll Be Doing

You will lead customer implementation projects end-to-end – turning scope into value. Day to day, you will:

• Plan and drive e-invoicing and SaaS implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, schedule and quality are met
• Seek to understand each customer’s unique needs and capabilities, define success criteria together with them, and build realistic plans to achieve the agreed goals and schedules
• Support your colleagues in Sales in making the sale, while also helping to ensure that key details are included in the sales documents to guarantee a timely and high-quality implementation project
• React to changing circumstances, proactively manage risks, issues and changes; escalating to the appropriate stakeholders when needed
• Communicate frequently about customers, projects and products with different stakeholders across the company
• Contribute to the development of our project management methodology and services

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in e-invoicing standards and networks, including EDI messages; technical familiarity, such as working with databases or scripting, is beneficial but not mandatory
• Experience in SaaS or software delivery projects is seen as an advantage
• Project management skills (a PM certification is a plus) and proficiency in managing project scopes and schedules in changing circumstances
• Comfortable with common project management and collaboration tools (e.g., planning, reporting, dashboards)
• Good stakeholder collaboration and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English and Finnish (Swedish skills are a plus)
• A customer-centric, result-oriented and curious mindset

Please note that a standard security clearance vetting conducted by the Finnish Security and Intelligence Service will be carried out if the job duties require it.
