Description

As an HR Intern, you will support the entire People & Culture team, composed of three members (CPO, People Manager, and Senior People Operations).

This highly versatile internship will give you exposure to a wide range of HR topics — from employee administration and payroll to onboarding and recruitment.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • HR Operations – Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Drafting employment contracts, amendments, and internship agreements
  • Managing various aspects of employee life (e.g., medical check-ups, leave requests, meal vouchers)
  • Supporting the development and coordination of internal and external training programs
  • Entering variable payroll elements for France and the UK (via Payfit)
  • Recruitment & Campus Management
  • Writing and posting job and internship ads
  • Screening applications and conducting pre-qualification interviews
  • Coordinating recruitment processes
  • Supporting the global recruitment plan
  • Participating in campus management initiatives: organizing and attending university and career forums (according to the defined calendar)
  • Onboarding
  • Organizing new joiners’ integration process — from offer acceptance to their first days (welcome pack, internal announcements, buddy system, integration into HR tools)
  • Preparing and co-hosting onboarding sessions
  • Updating the welcome pack and the internal “Who’s Who”

Requirements

You’re the HR Intern we’re looking for if you recognize yourself in the following:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business School or University) with a specialization in Human Resources
  • Passionate about HR and people topics
  • Resourceful, organized, proactive, curious, and detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high sense of confidentiality
  • Excellent written French and fluent English

Practical Information

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly allowance: €1,300 – €1,500 gross (depending on education level)
