Job Title: Senior IT Specialist
Location: Remote within Sweden
Reports To: Head of IT

Role Purpose
The IT Specialist will manage and optimize enterprise IT systems to support rapid global expansion and clinic operations. This role blends technical depth with strategic impact—driving automation, security, and compliance across a distributed workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Device Lifecycle Management: Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for Windows and Mac environments.
- Identity & Access: Administer Azure Entra ID for identity governance, conditional access, and privileged identity management (PIM).
- Endpoint Security: Implement and monitor Microsoft Defender XDR for advanced threat protection.
- Data Governance: Support compliance initiatives using Microsoft Purview, ensuring adherence to healthcare data standards.
- Network Infrastructure: Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki networks across clinics and offices.
- Workplace Experience: Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange) to enhance collaboration and productivity.
- Automation & Efficiency: Lead cross-functional IT projects to automate workflows and improve operational scalability.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs for IT readiness, onboarding success, and system health.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior IT staff and foster knowledge sharing.
Requirements (Must Have)
- 5–7 years of experience in IT engineering or systems administration.
- Hands-on expertise with Azure Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender XDR, and Microsoft Purview.
- Strong understanding of identity governance, endpoint security, and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in Windows and MacOS environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Requirements (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Cisco Meraki networking solutions.
- Background in regulated industries (healthcare, finance).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and automate workflows.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and adoption strategies to improve business goals and IT efficiency.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
