Job Description:
- Designing user-centric, conversion-optimized layouts and components across websites, landing pages, and user flows
- Ensuring design consistency and coherence across all touchpoints: marketing site, funnels, and internal tools
- Collaborating closely with marketing, content, product, and development teams
- Applying a continuous improvement mindset: proposing adjustments based on user behavior, feedback, and analytics.
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern web and interface design (especially in mobile)
- A clear understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and conversion optimization (CRO)
- Familiarity with working in fast-paced environments—ideally in startups, agencies, or product teams
- Proficient in tools like Figma
- Ability to manage your own projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality outcomes without micromanagement
- Experience in healthcare, finance, or another regulated/complex sector
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript to build or tweak static prototypes
- Experience using design systems built with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material Design)
- Comfort with version control tools like Git for reviewing UI code changes
- Understand the basics of HTML and CSS to effectively communicate with engineering teams
