As a BizOps Engineer, you’ll collaborate with development, infrastructure, and product teams to design resilient systems, automate operational tasks, and enable seamless product delivery. You’ll take ownership of ensuring that services are production-ready, scalable, and fault-tolerant — building the foundations for a modern, reliable platform.

Partner with development teams to ensure systems are production-ready before launch.

Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning frameworks to achieve near-zero downtime.

Define and track SLOs/SLIs, leveraging automation for proactive issue detection and resolution.

Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems design.

Experience with CI/CD tools, monitoring systems, and incident response processes.

A passion for automation, innovation, and reliability engineering.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and approaches.
