AI Platform Engineer | Ireland / Hybrid 

We're partnered with an AI Powered Fintech who are moving into the first stage of a large scale expansion across Ireland over the next 6 months. They will have a number of different AI focused roles going live but to start we're focused on finding a number of Platform Engineers with AI experience. 

Join a small, high-impact engineering team building the internal AI Platform that powers next-generation automation across a major SaaS product suite. You’ll work on cutting-edge infrastructure for LLM operations — giving developers self-service tools to build, deploy, secure, and observe AI applications at scale.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute directly to platform capabilities including observability, security guardrails, Kubernetes automation, and cloud performance — while learning from senior platform engineers and shaping how AI runs in production.

What You’ll Do

• Build and operate cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred) for AI/LLM workloads
• Manage Kubernetes environments (AKS), scaling and automating deployments
• Implement observability, logging, and monitoring across the platform
• Deliver LLM operations tooling and services (e.g., LiteLLM, Langfuse)
• Improve reliability, performance, and deployment pipelines using Terraform and GitOps

What You’ll Bring

• 2–4+ years in platform, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles
• Solid Kubernetes experience and containerisation knowledge
• Hands-on Terraform or equivalent IaC exposure
• Python or Go for automation and tooling
• Strong Linux fundamentals and troubleshooting skills

Nice to Have

• Exposure to LLM infrastructure or AI-driven services
• Prometheus & Grafana
