About The Role

About this opportunity


You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, and coordinating the delivery of multiple real estate construction projects, including new builds and refurbishments.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives
  • Positively engaging with customers and developing, growing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Delivering high-quality services and deliverables, ensuring that services meet our customers’ requirements.
  • Administering contracts as a contract administrator, employer’s agent or project manager.
  • Producing and presenting to customers
  • Preparing bids for services.
  • Managing service delivery for profit.
  • Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular, those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance..
  • Remaining in the remit of your role, and when additional responsibilities need to be carried out, conduct this in a fully informed manner with the approval of your line manager.

  • About The Candidate

    Who we’re looking for:

    Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills

    • 5-10 years of experience managing construction (real estate) projects.
    • Knowledge of national technical requirements applied to the construction sector.
    • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work as part of a team.
    • Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.
    • Excellent numeracy skills.
    • Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Proficiency in Italian and English.
    • Eligible to work in Italy.


    Qualifications

    • Degree - Building Engineering, Architecture or similar
