Job description:
- Organize and coordinate the work of the system software team: task assignment, performance monitoring, and continuous process improvement.
- Contribute to the architecture and concept development of new products, as well as enhancement of existing software solutions.
- Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration with other RnD departments (electronics, mobile development, testing, design, etc.) on joint projects.
- Foster technical growth of the team by organizing internal training, implementing modern development tools and best practices.
- Participate in project planning and provide technical support for product roadmaps, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones.
- Represent the team in internal and external meetings: defend technical decisions, coordinate architectural and engineering approaches with upper management and related departments.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in developing system software for embedded systems
- 2+ years of team leadership experience: managing development teams, task delegation, delivery oversight, participation in hiring and mentoring.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, management, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience using task and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms.
Language requirements:
- Lithuanian at least B2
- English at least B2
- Russian at least B2
