Java Engineer

Requirements – Must Have

• 5+ years of professional experience with Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JUnit, Message Queues (MQ), and Elasticsearch.
• Experience designing and building cloud-native solutions; familiarity with AWS is a plus.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles; experience with Azure DevOps is advantageous.
• Proven ability to take ownership of deliverables and work in a structured, reliable manner.
• Skilled in proposing and discussing technical solutions in a collaborative team setting.
• Deep commitment to code quality, clean architecture, and best engineering practices.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Upper-intermediate English (both written and spoken).

• Refactor and modernize the existing codebase to improve performance and maintainability.
• Reduce system complexity and enhance scalability.
• Design, develop, and implement new product features.
• Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing applications.
• Participate in production releases and incident management.
• Design and develop cloud-native systems.
• Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality.
• Coach and mentor less experienced developers to support their professional growth.
