Baltic Product Manager Generics

What you can expect in this role

• You conduct market analysis to gather insights about customer needs, preferences, and trends to build strategic marketing decisions
• You develop marketing strategies and plans for Stada Generic portfolio in assigned therapeutic areas in conjunction with sales, medical and regulatory teams
• You develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and print advertising, email marketing, and events in line with agreed A&P budget to promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and other stakeholders in line with local regulations
• You engage with Key accounts in order to align & maximize identified growth opportunities through smart utilization and management of marketing investment & promotional resource
• You collaborate with sales & medical teams to develop and execute sales enablement programs, including product training, sales tools
• You manage relationships with key customers, opinion leaders, medical societies, patient groups, and other stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption of Stada pharmaceutical products
• You monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including sales data, market share, customer feedback, and campaign results, to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
• You provide input and insight into the development of future pipeline and services. You will work with portfolio & medical department to provide input on new product development, and collaborate on strategies to bring new products and services to market.
• You collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with local regulations and guidelines.

Who we are looking for

• University degree in health science field. The ideal candidate will have a medical or pharmaceutical degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry in any of the Baltic countries, preferably in generic company.
• Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market trends, regulations, and healthcare landscape
• Excellent communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, with strong leadership skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English and one of three Baltic languages. The candidate should be fluent in English, as all materials and communication will be in English languages.
• Ability to analyze territory, business acumen
• Good MS Office skills
• High willingness to travel
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
