Graphic Designer / Video Editor

Spike Technologies is VC-backed hyper growth B2B solution providing a 360° health data API and AI-powered automation, working with healthcare companies, digital health startups, PT clinics. Company is HQ'ed in Silicon Valley and the team split between Lithuania and the U.S.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer / Video Editor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Design digital assets for websites, campaigns, and social media (graphics, motion elements, thumbnails, etc.).
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for marketing, social, and web use.
• Build and maintain responsive pages in Webflow (landing pages, portfolios, campaign microsites, etc.).
• Ensure brand consistency.
• Optimize assets for web performance and accessibility.
• Stay current on design trends, UX best practices, and Webflow capabilities.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design and/or video editing.
• Experience building websites or landing pages in Webflow.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Motion graphics or animation skills is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing your design, motion, and Webflow work.
