Pulsetto is one of the fastest-growing wellness tech companies, helping people reduce stress and sleep better through innovative vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) devices. You may have seen us on Netflix’s “Don’t Die”, our founder’s Shark Tank pitch 🦈, or even heard that Cristiano Ronaldo and top NBA players use Pulsetto for recovery.
Despite the spotlight, we’re a humble team of 50+, moving fast and working collaboratively across Europe, the US, and beyond — and now we’re looking for a Shopify Web Manager for the EU and UK stores to support our global web operations and take ownership of regional performance. 🌍
Position Overview
As our Shopify Web Manager (EU/UK Stores), you’ll play a key role in scaling Pulsetto’s eCommerce experience across Europe and the UK.
You’ll manage website localization, coordinate content updates, and drive A/B testing to ensure every visitor gets a seamless, high-performing experience — while keeping speed, accuracy, and brand consistency top of mind.
This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and proactive — a digital problem-solver who loves optimizing workflows, improving conversions, and collaborating across teams to make things happen fast.
Your Daily Mission
- Manage localization and content updates for EU and UK Shopify stores, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
- Support ongoing A/B testing — from setup and execution to performance tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with Product, B2B, APP, and Marketing teams to resolve day-to-day operational issues efficiently.
- Coordinate product launches and updates for EU/UK markets, maintaining timely rollouts and alignment with global strategy.
- Analyze regional user behavior to provide insights for UX/UI improvements and conversion optimization.
- 2+ years of experience managing websites or eCommerce operations (Shopify experience a strong plus).
- Solid understanding of localization workflows, A/B testing, and content management.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good analytical mindset – able to track metrics, spot inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating clearly with multiple teams.
- Experience working with Shopify or similar CMS platforms.
- Background in eCommerce, CRO, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with analytics and A/B testing tools (GA4, Hotjar, VWO, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or ability to coordinate with developers effectively.
- Ownership mindset – you take full responsibility for results.
- Operational common sense – you find practical, scalable solutions.
- Clear communicator – you can explain technical topics simply.
- Growth-oriented – you reflect, learn, and improve continuously.
- Hands-on and solution-focused – especially when it’s urgent.
- Hybrid work model – 3 days in the office (Vilnius) or fully remote if you’re based elsewhere.
- Collaboration with international experts across Europe, the US, and beyond.
- A chance to grow in a fast-paced, ambitious team shaping the future of wellness tech.
- Office perks for our Vilnius team – including free lunch 3 times a week.
- Birthday day off – celebrate on your terms.
- Pulsetto device – support your well-being daily.
- An open, supportive environment where dreaming big is part of the job.
🕐 Employment Type: Full-time
💰 Salary range: €2,950–€3,300 gross/month (depending on experience and scope).*
- We’re flexible — if your experience stands out, we’re open to discussing a higher offer.
