Role Description
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for hybrid work.
In this role, you’ll coordinate collaboration programs between CodeAcademy and our partners — from lecturer sourcing to organizing lectures and events. You’ll ensure smooth communication between students, lecturers, and partners, oversee study processes, and take part in developing new initiatives such as our Prep Class and Ambassadorship Program.
You’ll act as the bridge between our mission and its day-to-day execution, ensuring that every project reflects our commitment to quality education and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management or program coordination
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong English proficiency and computer literacy
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and set priorities
- Experience in event organization
- Interest in technology and educational innovation
