O&M Project Manager

We are looking for a Operations & Maintenance Project Manager. This is a critical role with the primary responsibility for planning, managing, coordinating, and overseeing the continuous operation and upkeep of our ELECTRIFICATION project/s.


Duties and responsabilities:

  • Control project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with contract requirements and employer’s specifications.
  • Develop and control overall project execution plan, including design , construction, testing & commissioning, and handover phases.
  • Establish project schedules (baseline programme), milestones, and critical path in coordination with planning engineers.
  • Ensure that project execution complies with the FIDIC contract terms, national construction law, railway technical regulations, and EU standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Contractor and the Client, railway infrastructure manager, authorities, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead regular progress meetings, technical coordination meetings, and interface workshops.
  • Ensure all project stakeholders are informed about key decisions, changes, risks, and progress.
  • Oversee compilation of as-built documentation, operation & maintenance manuals
  • Ensure completion of punch lists and resolution of defects and non-conformities raised by the customers.
  • Manage final acceptance, performance tests, and project handover.


Education:

Engineering University degree


Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience working with public procurement and contract analysis and evaluation.
  • Experience with EPC contracts.
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, construction sector.
  • Knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules in the Baltic countries.
  • Microsoft Office computer skills.
  • C1 English level is essential.
