Responsibilities:
- Design and develop highly scalable web applications using Java technologies
- Implement front-end components using React
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create engaging user experiences
- Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Develop server-side applications using Spring and Spring Boot
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Conduct code reviews and optimize application performance
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- 4+ years of working experience as a Java Developer
- Strong experience with Java, JBoss, Spring, Spring Boot, and RESTful services
- Proficiency in React
- Experience in working with relational database management systems (RDBMS) like MySQL or Oracle
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
