We are looking for an experienced DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer with a strong development background to join our dynamic technical team.

Missions

  • Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including build, test, deployment, and release management.
  • Ensure system reliability and performance across Unix/Linux environments, including administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
  • Automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks using Shell, Python, or TypeScript scripts.
  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring and observability tools to proactively detect and resolve issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on delivery efficiency and application resilience.
  • Integrate and manage automated testing frameworks within the CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.

Skills

  • Azure DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, release management, and automation.
  • Unix/Linux: system administration and shell scripting.
  • Databases: Sybase or other relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Programming languages: TypeScript, Python, and Java.
  • Automation testing: frameworks and tools for continuous testing.
  • Monitoring & Observability: experience with performance tuning, alerting, and reliability tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Dev, QA, and Ops teams.
  • Passion for automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) - excellent command of the language is required.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry.

Recruitment Process

  • Receipt of our salary proposal / exclusivity agreement
  • 2nd interview with our Business Manager
  • Proposal of your application to the client
  • Interview at the client's premises, which can be conducted either by video or in person
