Missions
- Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including build, test, deployment, and release management.
- Ensure system reliability and performance across Unix/Linux environments, including administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks using Shell, Python, or TypeScript scripts.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
- Implement and maintain monitoring and observability tools to proactively detect and resolve issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on delivery efficiency and application resilience.
- Integrate and manage automated testing frameworks within the CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.
- Azure DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, release management, and automation.
- Unix/Linux: system administration and shell scripting.
- Databases: Sybase or other relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Programming languages: TypeScript, Python, and Java.
- Automation testing: frameworks and tools for continuous testing.
- Monitoring & Observability: experience with performance tuning, alerting, and reliability tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Dev, QA, and Ops teams.
- Passion for automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) - excellent command of the language is required.
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry.
