Rizzani de Eccher, company operating in the construction industry, is looking for an HR Coordinator to be based in Luxembourg.


Role purpose:

The HR Coordinator will perform HR administration activities for all project personnel, including contract management, payroll interface, and employee documentation, in compliance with local labour law and company policies.


Main responsibilities:

  • Perform HR administration activities;
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring proper administration, payroll interface, and contract management;
  • Monitor and optimize labour costs, workforce planning, and project HR budgets;
  • Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and company HR policies;
  • Liaise with local consultants and partners to ensure proper application of employment and tax laws;
  • Maintain updated HR databases, reports, and resource plans for ongoing projects.


Requirements:

  • University degree in Economics, Law, or related field;
  • 5-8 years of experience in similar HR roles within international project environments (construction or engineering sectors preferred);
  • Solid knowledge of expatriate administration, payroll coordination, and labour cost control;
  • Excellent command of English and French;
  • Good understanding of Luxembourg labour law and employment regulations;
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and tools;
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
