As a Medior .Net Developer within the IB & CA team at Van Lanschot Kempen, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary DevOps scrum team responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge web applications and integrations that support the Private Banking services. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced .NET developers, all driven to deliver real value. You’ll own everything you build and work cloud-natively.

Your talents
As a Medior .Net Developer, you are curious, a good listener, and a team player. You also bring:
- At least 2 years of experience building cloud-native applications with C# .NET.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies, especially Angular, and a good grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with EF Core.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases, particularly CosmosDB.
- Experience with CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps pipelines for deploying applications to the Azure Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
The IB & CA team is part of the Core Banking Applications department, which oversees the development, maintenance, and management of internal applications for Private Clients at Van Lanschot Kempen.
Our IB & CA team includes full stack developers, a scrum master, and a product owner. We work closely with two other development teams within CBA to share best practices. Our team is responsible for managing and developing applications and interfaces for the investment bank and other internal tools, keeping us in close contact with end users. With a wide range of applications, you’ll regularly interact with different business contacts and encounter new challenges. A key focus for our team is modernizing legacy applications — and with the help of AI, we strive to do this as efficiently as possible.
