🚀 Lead Mobile Developer – Full-time

Your Role

As Lead Mobile Developer at this Fintech startup, you’ll take ownership of the iOS and Android apps, ensuring feature parity with the web platform and delivering secure, performant, and polished experiences. You’ll work closely with the web team to bring seamless collaboration, milestone approvals, and protected payments to life.

You’ll Work On:

• Building the core mobile app using React Native or a comparable framework like Flutter
• Delivering mobile-first UX patterns while maintaining parity with the web platform
• Owning mobile CI/CD pipelines and coordinating biweekly App Store/Google Play releases with full QA.
• Building for real-world conditions: offline data access, queued actions, robust error states, and device optimization.
• Implementing secure storage patterns (keychain/keystore) for tokens, credentials, and sensitive user data.
• Developing push notification and deep-link infrastructure to drive engagement and seamless in-app navigation.
• Maintaining analytics/event parity with the web platform using automated CI validation.

Tech Stack:

• Frontend: React Native, TypeScript, Expo (or Flutter)
• Backend: Cloud APIs, serverless functions
• Infra: Mobile CI/CD pipelines (EAS/GitHub Actions), App Store / Google Play release processes

You Bring:

• 3–7 years in mobile or full-stack engineering with proven React Native + Expo (or Flutter) experience.
• Practical knowledge of mobile security best practices (keychain / keystore, biometrics, secure token handling).
• Experience building offline-first features and handling network-retry/data consistency strategies.
• Proficiency with push notifications and deep-link routing across iOS and Android.
• Passion for high-quality UX, performance, and data-driven validation.
• Strong ownership mindset and collaborative communication skills.
