React Web Frontend Developer | Remote Role | Long term contract

As a Frontend Developer, you will own and become the subject matter expert in areas of product and technology stack's, guiding others and setting technical standards.

Daily Rate: €180-250

Location: Remote (Portugal based)

Duration: 12 month contract

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers back-end engineers, and product managers to deliver elegant, performant solutions.
• Take ownership of team architecture, providing a system-wide view and design guidance.
• Write exemplary, clean code that motivates your team to follow best practices and maintain high quality.
• Drive engineering engagement best practices, including Operational Excellence, Security, and Quality, setting standards across teams.
• Influence software decisions and build consensus when confronted with differing opinions.
• Lead large projects, dividing work effectively across team members for cohesive project delivery.

Who You’ll Be

• Experienced in building and designing highly scalable, fault-tolerant, always-available systems.
• Highly skilled in web application development using React, JavaScript, ReactJS, and TypeScript.
• Experienced with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), containers (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Passionate about automation using scripting languages (e.g., Shell scripts)..
• Experienced in driving operational excellence, best practices, and shipping high-quality products.
• Familiar with Agile development methodologies.
