Senior UX/UI Interaction Designer (Figma, Research, and Human-Centered Design)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Interaction Designer to join our international team. If you are passionate about Human-Centered Design, possess advanced proficiency in Figma, and have experience transforming research data into intuitive digital products, this role is for you.

You will act as a Subject Matter Expert, responsible for defining the user experience and interactions of complex digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Interaction Design: Define the interactions, flows, and behaviors of digital products, ensuring they reflect the expectations and needs of end-users.
• Research and Validation: Conduct ethnographic research and other User Research methodologies to identify insights and unmet needs.
• Prototypes and Architecture: Develop high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes in Figma to visualize and test design concepts. Create robust Information Architecture systems and frameworks to organize content logically.
• Technical Leadership: Work independently, providing proactive solutions to design challenges. Mentor junior team members and share technical and market knowledge.
• Collaboration: Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing) to gather continuous feedback and ensure the technical feasibility of design solutions.
• Continuous Optimization: Plan and execute usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on the user experience (UX). Stay updated with the latest market trends and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Interaction Designer or Senior UX/UI Designer.
• Advanced and Mandatory Proficiency in Figma.
• Robust experience in User Research and applying Human-Centered Design principles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to solve complex problems and design end-to-end digital products.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend design solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
