Job description:

As a UX/UI Designer, you will have a significant impact on products used by thousands of people.

It will be your job to understand people, to understand how they experience our products and to bring that vision to life.

You'll strive to solve real problems and create intuitive and effective design solutions, taking into account usability best practices.

You will work with the strategy and design teams and key stakeholders.

Your job will be to advocate for the user and ensure that their needs are met, while surprising them.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing visually appealing, intuitive, and functional digital interfaces, following best practices in design and accessibility.
• Translating UX insights and business requirements into effective UI solutions.
• Working autonomously, taking ownership of design proposals and communicating with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborating with strategy, development, and client teams to ensure the best possible digital experience.
• Exploring and experimenting with emerging AI-powered design tools to enhance workflows and creative outcomes.

What we're looking for (mid-level):

Important note: We will only consider applications that meet these requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design or similar;
• 2 - 4 years of experience in UX/UI design of complex web and mobile experiences.
• Portfolio showcasing well-structured digital interfaces with a focus on detail and usability.
• Ability to work with different specialists, namely PM, Strategy Consultants, Designers and Engineers
• Expertise in standard UI tools namely Figma or similar.
• Facilitate product visioning through user research, sketching, prototyping and user-testing
• Contribute to a collaborative and productive work culture
• Good communication skills in Portuguese and English
