Ferring+You

As an Information Security Service & Project Manager, you will be the link between security architecture, IT operations, and external partners. You will drive collaboration, create alignment across multiple stakeholders, and ensure effective execution of information security initiatives.

Your Day at Ferring

• Driving KPI-based performance management for internal and outsourced security activities.
• Leading and coordinating information security projects.
• Facilitating collaboration between Principal Security Architects, consultants, and cross-functional IT teams.
• Partnering with IT application teams to ensure compliance with InfoSec standards.
• Managing relationships with key security vendors and service providers.
• Acting as a facilitator to remove obstacles and connect the right people to the right initiatives.
• Supporting governance processes to prioritize ongoing InfoSec activities.
  
  

Behind Our Innovation… There’s You

• Relevant professional training, certifications, or demonstrated job experience in Information Security and Project Management.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with core Information Security principles and practices.
• Strong background in managing cross-functional projects.
• Proven experience in service and supplier management.
• Experience applying information security standards; knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIST is welcomed but not required.
• Expertise in KPI-based performance management.
• Experience managing external services.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Background in pharma or other regulated industries is considered a valuable asset.
