What you’ll be doing

• Identify, analyze, and document business requirements in coordination with different areas of the organization.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring that solutions are aligned with strategic objectives.
• Produce reports, metrics, and analyses to support decision-making.
• Suggest operational improvements and propose innovative solutions for process optimization.
• Support project planning, monitoring, and management, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Ensure effective communication and documentation.

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• +4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking sector.
• Experience with management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of SQL is an asset.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong critical thinking, proactivity, and results orientation.
• Experience in BPM – Business Process Modeling
