The Impact You'll Make
As our new Student – Portfolio Support, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Product Portfolio and Compliance Teams within the Hydronic Building Controls business unit.

This team develops and brings to market advanced hydronic and digital products and solutions for the HVAC industry.

Your work will help us keep our product information and documentation organized, ensuring smooth collaboration and improved customer satisfaction — all while gaining valuable hands-on experience in an international engineering environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be responsible for assisting both product portfolio and compliance teams in their daily activities. You will:

• Help organize customer visits to our factory
• Update product data in internal software tools
• Support the creation and maintenance of marketing and value proposition materials to ensure sales teams have up-to-date information
• Assist the Product Portfolio and R&D teams with day-to-day administrative and technical tasks
• Work with internal systems and tools for product data and documentation management
  
  

What We're Looking For
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is

• Currently studying mechanical, electronic, or mechatronic engineering (or a related field)
• Proficient in MS Office and open to learning new digital tools
• A good communicator, able to work well within diverse and international teams
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving

• Increasing customer satisfaction through efficient organization and accurate documentation
• Supporting Product Portfolio and R&D teams in achieving their goals
• Enabling Sales and Marketing teams to access timely, relevant information for market success
