💼 About The Role
As a Fullstack Software Engineer your mission is to design, build and own solutions that connect our platform with our customers, building meaningful integrations with 3rd-party SaaS, CRM and ERP software.
You will partner with other internal teams to make our customers fall in love with our platform, understand exactly how their debt portfolio is being handled, and get proactive reports and insights.
📝 Responsibilities
- Design, build and own full-stack solutions (front office, chatbots, reports...) that help our customers understand, customize and make full use of our platform.
- Develop internal tools to optimize operations and improve efficiency across teams.
- Integrate third-party software seamlessly with our system.
- Allow customers to onboard into our system in a self-service way, so we can scale the business in our sleep.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in developing Fullstack applications in professional environments.
- Strong proficiency in Typescript for both frontend and backend development.
- Solid experience with modern JavaScript frontend frameworks, preferably React or Next.js.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex backend architectures and scalable systems.
- An analytical mindset and a proactive, self-motivated work style.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Passion for learning new technologies and improving development processes.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Previous experience in AI/ML projects or startup environments.
- Infrastructure: Microservices, Kubernetes, AWS, PostgreSQL.
- Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Kafka.
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions.
💰 Salary: €40k–€65k gross/year

A practical exercise to see how you approach challenges similar to those you’d tackle at Murphy. You’ll have time to reflect and showcase your thinking—no rush, no surprises.
4️⃣ Coffee at the Office with the Founders
Finally, you’ll join us in our Barcelona office for a relaxed coffee with the founders and the Hiring Manager. It’s the perfect opportunity to experience our culture firsthand and meet more of the team who could soon be your colleagues.
