Role: Strategic Product Owner

We are looking for a candidate with experience in leading & driving a Center of Excellence ideally Agile COE.

As a Strategic Product Alignment Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing functional excellence across Roche CLM Operations. You’ll lead collaboration among Practice Leads and Communities of Practice (CoPs), driving alignment in methodologies, tools, and culture across global teams.

You will also serve as an Epic Owner for strategic, cross-functional initiatives—mobilizing resources, managing timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery that supports Roche’s digital and operational transformation

Must Have

• Proven experience working with Practice Leads and stakeholders to drive alignment and transformation in complex, global environments.
• 5+ years of experience in leading and driving Agile Center of Excellence.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Product Owner (PSPO or SAFe PO certification preferred).
• Strong understanding of SAFe, Lean, and Agile frameworks.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and Communities of Practice.
• Exceptional project management skills—able to prioritize, mobilize resources, and meet tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across organizational levels.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations with strong cultural awareness.
• Fluent in English (German or Polish is an advantage).
• Understanding of manufacturing, quality, and supply chain processes.
• Experience in CSV and GxP-compliant environments.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
