As a software developer at InformaIT you will work across front end and back end on a mature product where your work will speed up delivery and support growth in usage and customers. You will ship improvements that matter, raise reliability and usability, and help prepare the path to a more modern stack. You will have mentoring, pairing, and clear chances to take ownership as you learn.

What You’ll Do as a Software Developer
- Improve key user journeys and deliver product enhancements end to end.
- Turn customer insights into shipped changes with measurable impact.
- Contribute to refactors, tests, and platform groundwork for the transition.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Around 3 to 5 years experience of building web applications, backend, frontend, or full stack.
- Ability to read existing code, can reason about trade offs, and make steady improvements.
- A learning mindset is essential, alongside strong fundamentals in C# and a modern JavaScript framework.
