Are you passionate about technology and eager to start your career in OS Platform software development? We are looking for a motivated junior developer to join our Operating System Platform team, working on Ericsson’s renowned MINI-LINK Microwave Radio Link products. What You Will Do
- You will work in a cross-functional, agile team developing and maintaining embedded software for our MINI-LINK products.
- Participate in all stages of the software life cycle: planning, requirement analysis, design, implementation, integration, and testing.
- Collaborate with other product development and continuous integration teams.
- Take on tasks of increasing complexity as you grow in competence.
- Contribute to maintaining and improving build systems, performing board bring-up on new products, and upgrading products to the latest Linux (Yocto-based) versions.

Who You Are
Must-Have Skills:
- MSc or BSc in a technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–3 years of experience in software development and architecture (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of operating system concepts (e.g., scheduling, memory management, I/O)
- Programming experience in C
- Motivated to explore and investigate new domains
- Familiarity with build systems (Yocto, Make, CMake)
- Exposure to Linux, bootloaders, or driver development
- Understanding of low-level protocols (I2C, SPI)
- Experience with tools like Git, Gerrit, Jenkins
- Knowledge of TCP/UDP/IP networks
- Interest in containerization and modern software development practices
- Motivates and inspires colleagues.
- Collaborative team player who adapts readily to change.
- Passionate about excellence and continuous improvement.
- Good communication skills in English
