What You Will Be Doing

  • Deliver MVP features end-to-end, mobile-first with a shared codebase for web.
  • Implement and extend a Design System and reusable component library. Create high-quality, themeable UI aligned to brand and accessibility standards.
  • Build with React Native and Next.js, integrating Node.js backends and AWS environments across dev, test, and staging.
  • Ensure performance, reliability, and test coverage across mobile and web. Own debug cycles and production-readiness.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Solution Architect, DevOps.
  • Contribute to predictable delivery: estimates, scope refinement, risk management, and pragmatic tradeoffs toward MVP milestones.

What We Expect From You

  • 4+ years professional FE experience, including 2+ years with React/Next.js.
  • Proven delivery of mobile-first apps and at least one shared codebase or monorepo with shared UI logic/components for web and mobile.
  • Strong TypeScript, modern React patterns (hooks, context), state management (e.g., Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Recoil), and navigation in RN.
  • Experience building or scaling a Design System and reusable components. Comfort with component libraries and rapid theming.
  • CI/CD literacy and environment management. Familiarity with AWS-based pipelines and app distribution.
  • Testing: unit and component tests (Jest, React Testing Library), snapshot and basic E2E (Playwright).
  • Accessibility and internationalization basics. Performance tuning for RN and Next.js.
  • Clear written and spoken English C1 level, or at least strong B2.

Nice-to-have Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Node.js APIs integration patterns and auth flows for Access features.
  • Experience with React Native Reusable component ecosystems or similar to accelerate delivery.
