Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of mobile developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness; troubleshoot bottlenecks and bugs.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team productivity.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and implement new technologies to maximize efficiency.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
• Promote continuous improvement through feedback and retrospectives.
