Tasks
- Oversee and mentor a team of four designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality work.
- Develop the brand’s visual identity with a fresh creative approach.
- Validate and approve design projects, ensuring they meet the company’s standards and client expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, presenting ideas, and managing feedback.
- Lead the development and execution of brand strategies that align with client goals and market trends.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication between the team and clients.
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, presales, and HR, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Stay current with industry trends and tools, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team and clients.
- Minimum of 7 years in a design role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong experience in presentation design and the ability to create engaging visual narratives.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of branding and presentation projects and your role in their execution.
- English at least B2.
