We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist for our leading global partner in the Telecommunications Industry. The role will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across recruitment, performance management, talent development, and organizational optimization.
You will drive cross-functional HR projects, identify and attract key talents, and design succession plans to strengthen workforce capabilities. Collaborating closely with leadership teams, you will help develop people strategies, foster positive change, and enhance team performance — ensuring alignment between business objectives and employee growth for sustainable organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business group.
- Manages complex and challenging HR projects cross-functionally.
- Personally recruits key talents for the business group.
- Supports the management team in finding the best people solutions.
- Acts as a performance improvement driver and encourages positive change in people management.
- Designs and maintains organization vitality charts as business performance improves.
- Designs succession plans for key talents and critical job positions.
- Challenges the organizational structure of the business group.
- Acts as a member of the HR Management Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- At least 5 years of experience in an HR role or function.
- Proven experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of Labor Law.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Project management and change management abilities.
- Strong business acumen and time management skills.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
