About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join our Agile delivery team in Poland. This role is pivotal in guiding cross-functional teams through the Scrum framework, fostering collaboration, removing impediments, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles. You will play a key role in enabling high-performing teams to deliver data-driven solutions across analytics, BI, and data migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Remove impediments impacting team progress, especially in ETL and data migration workflows
Coach teams on Agile best practices tailored to data engineering and analytics
Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize data-related user stories
Promote continuous improvement and process optimization
Ensure transparency of sprint progress through dashboards and reporting tools
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on data delivery and migration timelines
Integrate data governance and quality initiatives into Agile planning
Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, ETL throughput, migration success rates)
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards during Agile cycles
Required Skills & Experience
Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Basic knowledge of Git, GitHub/GitLab, and version control systems
Experience with Agile metrics and reporting tools
Understanding of SDLC and Agile integration
Familiarity with Azure cloud platforms
Technical literacy in APIs, databases, and system architecture
Knowledge of test automation and QA processes
Experience coordinating data migration activities and cutover plans
Strong grasp of ETL workflows and backlog prioritization
Experience Managing Reporting Requirements And Dashboard Delivery
Understanding of data lifecycle stages and their impact on Agile execution
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
Experience in large-scale Agile transformations
