• Work within our cross functional agile teams to develop and maintain customer-facing and employee-facing applications of Life Insurance
• Have the opportunity to work in different business areas such as Private Pension sales, plan management, payment, fund, customer related operations and technology transformation projects.
• Collect, analyze and process requirements
• Prepare detailed specification reports for software development team, test software applications, do maintenance on existing systems.
• Take role in preparation of automated tests
• Solve problems and apply solutions for common usage
• Monitoring and maintaining end-user experience
• Assisting project coordination end-to-end.
• Continuously making progress to increase Software Development Life Cycle standards
• Chase innovation and improvement about new technologes and methodologies

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree on Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering etc. or equivalent business experience required
• 2 - 5 years of professional work experience as Business Analyst
• Strong Business Analysis skills (Requirement Management, Scope & MVP Management, Flow Design, Customer Centric Vision etc.)
• Strong ability to build algorithms
• Experience with Visio preferred
• Excellent SQL skills and hands on experience
• Knowledge about test processes and methodologies
• Experience with Test Automation Tools (Preferably HP UFT and/or Selenium) preferred will be plus
• Strong API / Web Service Platforms and Tools Experience (Preferably SoapUI and Postman)
• Experience with Agile methodologies especially in Scrum methodology.
