What;s on the Menu?

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support product and improvement projects across the FMCG value chain (NPD, relaunches, recipe/pack changes, product discontinuation). The role focuses on project coordination, documentation quality and execution consistency using established methodologies and tools. The successful candidate will work with cross‑functional teams (R&D, QA, Supply Chain, Marketing, Procurement, IT/SAP) and receive mentoring from the PM/PMO with opportunities to grow into a Project Manager role.

Key ingredients:

  • Coordinate NPD / saving / relaunch projects (launches, recipe, or pack changes) from kick‑off to handover: organize meetings, track timelines, monitor tasks and milestones.
  • Prepare and maintain key project documentation: scope, timelines, status reports, risk registers, test plans, acceptance criteria.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; proactively resolve bottlenecks and escalate when needed.
  • Coordinate communication flow and stakeholder updates across functions.
  • Ensure high quality of documentation in the project management system/tools and support compliance with internal quality processes.
  • Coordinate product discontinuation activities and related process steps.
  • Coordinate the process of creating EPN/product codes in the local MDG system; act as MDG local super‑user / first point of contact (with training).
  • Support preparation of documents for the internal quality system.
  • Support simple SAP/MDG configuration requests or coordinate requirements with ABAP/development teams.

Recipe for Success: Apply if it sounds like you!

  • University degree (project management, logistics, engineering, economics, or related).
  • 1–3 years’ experience supporting projects (FMCG experience is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Ability to prepare project documentation, write user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Basic SAP/MDG understanding or experience coordinating with SAP developers.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
