Senior Network Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our cloud infrastructure engineering team.

You will contribute to building and maintaining network solutions that support services used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide. This role involves managing complex network architectures, supporting cloud and on-premise environments, and enhancing network automation efforts. You will work with advanced network protocols and security tools to ensure reliable and secure connectivity. Responsibilities

• Manage and configure Palo Alto platform including security policies and integrations
• Design, implement, and optimize global network architectures connecting branch offices, data centers, and cloud providers
• Maintain and troubleshoot advanced dynamic network protocols such as BGP, EVPN, and VXLAN
• Develop and enhance network automation pipelines using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or custom scripting
• Support cloud networking environments including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Implement network security measures including firewall configurations, VPN setups, and vulnerability management
• Respond to incidents and participate in on-call rotations for disaster recovery and outage resolution
• Lead network projects from planning through deployment ensuring timely delivery and documentation
• Analyze and resolve network performance issues to improve throughput and reduce latency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with broader cloud infrastructure
• Monitor network health and proactively identify areas for infrastructure improvements
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Stay current with emerging network technologies and industry best practices
• Participate in capacity planning and network scalability initiatives

Requirements

• Senior network engineering experience with 3+ years in cloud operations or similar role
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Palo Alto network platforms
• Strong background in dynamic network protocols such as BGP, EVPN, and VXLAN
• Experience designing and managing global network infrastructures connecting data centers and cloud services
• Competency in cloud networking solutions including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Advanced skills in network automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform
• Knowledge of network security best practices including firewall and VPN configurations
• Experience responding to network incidents and implementing disaster recovery processes
• Proven project leadership in network infrastructure deployments
• Ability to optimize network performance and troubleshoot complex issues
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
