Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Planning Engineer based in Dubai. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and addressing project delays. The role includes coordinating with multiple stakeholders, preparing project progress reports, and optimizing resources to meet deadlines. The Planning Engineer will also ensure compliance with project specifications and budgets, while supporting the project team to achieve the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications

Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project

Strong skills in data analysis, time management, and resource allocation

Knowledge of construction methodologies and interior fit-out processes

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate across departments

Ability to manage project risks and suggest actionable solutions

Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously within strict timelines

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Previous work experience in the UAE interior fit-out sector is highly desirable
