Job Role

As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the hotel’s computer systems and network infrastructure. You will ensure all technology operates smoothly to support daily operations. You will also provide technical assistance to colleagues and help resolve system or software issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, network infrastructure, and internet connectivity to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and administer hotel system applications and network devices, ensuring reliability and security.
  • Deliver prompt and effective technical support to hotel guests and colleagues, maintaining high service standards and collaborating with vendors to implement system applications and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Promote IT cybersecurity awareness among hotel colleagues through knowledge sharing and training initiatives.
  • Ensure full compliance with Group IT policies, standards, and procedures.

About You

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to support colleagues and guests when needed.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data security.
  • Professional, reliable, and resilient in handling challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. (recent graduates with a bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply)
  • Preferred experience in helpdesk support, including implementation and maintenance of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, endpoint protection solutions, managing Active Directory, and troubleshooting LAN/Wi-Fi network & internet connectivity of desktops, laptops and smart devices.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
