You will collaborate with Engineering, UX, Data, Marketing, Commercial, Growth and Operations to build innovative, intuitive, data-led digital experiences.
Job Duties & Responsibility: -
Product Vision & Strategy
- Define product strategy and roadmap aligned to business goals, growth priorities and customer experience improvements.
- Identify innovation opportunities and white spaces to differentiate 6thStreet in the regional ecommerce market.
Product Development
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, user research, requirement definition, PRD, delivery and iteration.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality features with velocity and excellence.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making
Customer Insights & Analytics
- Use customer feedback, funnel analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing to validate decisions and drive prioritization.
- Own product KPIs, measure impact and continuously optimize based on performance insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Business, Commercial, Growth, Marketing, Operations and Customer Service to ensure successful adoption and scaling of product launches.
- Influence stakeholders and drive clarity in decision-making through structured product narratives.
Leadership
- Mentor and develop junior product managers to build a strong product culture within the organization.
- Champion a customer-first, ownership-driven, experimentation culture
Experience & Qualifications: -
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Computer Science / Engineering / related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Product Management (ecommerce / marketplace experience strongly preferred).
- Proven success building scalable products that drive business impact and customer value.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, product discovery frameworks, and backlog management.
- Hands-on with product & analytics tools (Jira, GA4, Mix panel, Amplitude, Looker etc.).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, prioritization skills.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
