About this role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UX Designer with a strong portfolio in designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate combines user research, interaction design, and visual design skills to craft seamless user journeys. Experience working on large-scale consumer-facing platforms (web & mobile) is highly preferred. Exposure to the travel or airline industry is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UX design process from user research, requirement gathering, wireframes, prototypes, to final UI handoff.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and gather insights to drive design decisions.
• Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive flows and user journeys.
• Build high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma (mandatory).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure smooth design-to-development execution.
• Define and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UX/UI guidelines.
• Analyze performance of features post-launch and iterate based on user data and usability findings.
• Advocate for UX best practices and lead brainstorming/ideation workshops.

Must have skills & capabilities

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UX design (web and mobile).
• Strong command of Figma (design systems, auto layout, prototyping, components).
• Excellent understanding of information architecture, interaction design, user flows, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with user research techniques — interviews, persona building, heuristic evaluation, usability testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complexity.
• Ability to communicate design rationale clearly with stakeholders and developers.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.) to analyze UX performance.

Good to have (Preferred but not mandatory)

• Experience designing for travel/airline/e-commerce platforms.
• Understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and UX writing basics.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React basics) to collaborate better with tech teams.
• Experience working in agile/sprint-based environments.
