Project control
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and plans.
- Monitor project progress against baselines and report on variances.
- Identify potential project risks and opportunities and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to project management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
- Analyze project data to provide insights for effective decision-making.
- Ensure all planning activities comply with established standards and procedures.
- Facilitate planning meetings and workshops to drive project execution.
- Proven experience as a Project Planner, preferably in a senior role within large-scale projects.
- High proficiency with project planning software, such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic project team.
- Relevant higher education in fields like engineering, business, or project management is considered an advantage.
