Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and plans.
  • Monitor project progress against baselines and report on variances.
  • Identify potential project risks and opportunities and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to project management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
  • Analyze project data to provide insights for effective decision-making.
  • Ensure all planning activities comply with established standards and procedures.
  • Facilitate planning meetings and workshops to drive project execution.

Required expertise

  • Proven experience as a Project Planner, preferably in a senior role within large-scale projects.
  • High proficiency with project planning software, such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic project team.
  • Relevant higher education in fields like engineering, business, or project management is considered an advantage.
