PMO

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PMO professional to drive strategic project governance, enhance delivery frameworks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role is pivotal in aligning project execution with organizational goals, enabling transparency, and empowering teams through robust methodologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement governance frameworks and strategic PMO initiatives
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and recommend effective tools
• Facilitate Change Advisory and ITIL meetings; establish and manage steering committees
• Develop and maintain PMO dashboards, templates, and reporting processes
• Establish PMO methodologies and ensure strategic alignment with business objectives
• Proactively mitigate risks and resolve project issues to ensure smooth delivery
• Define and track KPIs to measure project performance and PMO effectiveness
• Provide regular updates on project progress to leadership and stakeholders
• Train teams and conduct knowledge transfer sessions on Agile, project management, change management, and risk management best practices
