We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PMO professional to drive strategic project governance, enhance delivery frameworks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role is pivotal in aligning project execution with organizational goals, enabling transparency, and empowering teams through robust methodologies and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement governance frameworks and strategic PMO initiatives
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and recommend effective tools
- Facilitate Change Advisory and ITIL meetings; establish and manage steering committees
- Develop and maintain PMO dashboards, templates, and reporting processes
- Establish PMO methodologies and ensure strategic alignment with business objectives
- Proactively mitigate risks and resolve project issues to ensure smooth delivery
- Define and track KPIs to measure project performance and PMO effectiveness
- Provide regular updates on project progress to leadership and stakeholders
- Train teams and conduct knowledge transfer sessions on Agile, project management, change management, and risk management best practices
