About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our team for a 6-month onsite contract in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions in production environments. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to build intelligent systems that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable machine learning models and pipelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Deploy models into production and monitor performance.

Optimize models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Stay current with the latest research and trends in AI/ML.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI development.

Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with NLP, computer vision, or time-series analysis.

Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience working in agile development environments.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
