We are Systematix and we are looking for an Enterprise Agile Coach to fill a 12-months contract position with one of our National Media Clients in their Toronto or Montreal offices.
- Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 to 3 days per week onsite in Montreal or Toronto

Role Summary
As an Enterprise Agile Coach, you will play a key role in accelerating the organization’s Agile transformation.
You will coach teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and managers toward adopting mature Agile practices, while supporting the development of a culture built on collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
Project Description
The Enterprise Applications Delivery - Agile Practice Team is looking for an Agile Coach with strong organizational and coaching skills to drive our Agile transformation. This role can be based in our downtown Montreal or Toronto office.
Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Application Delivery, you will be responsible for facilitating and accelerating the agile transformation within our teams. Partnering with the leadership team, you will assess our current situation and help build a roadmap for agile transformation. Leading by example, you will be an agent of change, introducing agile practices that will ensure focus, transparency and collaboration.
Activities
The Agile Coach (Enterprise) is responsible for the following components:
- Assess the readiness of the teams within our department and suggest an agile transformation plan adapted to our situation
- In collaboration with the leadership team, build a comprehensive agile vision and roadmap, and provide coaching on agile leadership techniques.
- Develop and support the creation of a change management plan to achieve the transformation objectives
- Promote an agile mindset and help the organization manage resistance to change
- Guide and coach the management team, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, customers and team members to implement and use agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products
- Guide the team to a high performance level, recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employ appropriate coaching and development techniques
- Support the management team through their transformation, providing them coaching and guidance as required
- Champion and support adoption of agile standards, tools, and best practices.
- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised and solutions brought to the table, with an emphasis on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Work with the various team to remove silos and encourage a higher level of collaboration and transparency
- Identify systemic impediments to the department’s ability to achieve the transformation and deliver value, and work collaboratively with the management team to remove or mitigate those barriers
- In collaboration with the Agile Practices Team, lead the implementation of an Agile Center of Excellence to become the hub for agile change in the organization
- Facilitate value based strategic product and project planning
Service Requirements – Qualifications
To fulfill this role, the Agile Coach (Enterprise) must have the following qualifications:
- Minimum Requirements ? Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in large projects, with 4 years in a Scrum Master/coach.
- Demonstrated experience as an Enterprise Agile Coach
- Demonstrated experience with large complex transformation initiatives: facilitating change, mentoring leaders, influencing through guidance and fostering desired culture.
- Deep knowledge of agile practices, frameworks, and techniques.
- Deep practical change management experience is required.
- Change management certification is an asset
- Good knowledge of broadcast concepts and conversion projects are an asset
- Experience with agile planning and development tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence).
- Ability to lead and coach bilingual/remote teams.
- Agile Certifications are required
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a requirement.
