Position: Cisco Network Engineer
Location: Edmonton , AB (Onsite)

Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Manage Cisco SDN platforms (NX-OS, SD-Access).
- Support LAN/WAN, wireless, and switch/router infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls and enforce security policies.
- Monitor network health and resolve issues proactively.
- Participate in migrations, upgrades, and deployments.
- Maintain network documentation and SOPs.
- Collaborate on incident response and change management.
- Provide on-call support for critical events.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in enterprise network and firewall support.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies (Nexus, SD-Access).
- Hands-on with Fortinet firewall rule sets, NAT, VPNs.
- Familiarity with Cisco NDFC, DNAC, and ISE.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds).
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
