About the role:
We are currently hiring for a 1-year contract position, with the potential for renewal and the possibility to convert to a permanent position.
In addition to the salary, this position offers various benefits, including:

Location: Lifelong Learning Institute, 11 Eunos Road 8, Singapore 408601
Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday)
Salary Range: $4,000 to $4,500 (Depending on experience)
The incumbent is responsible for the effective end-to-end administration of the SkillsFuture Study Award (SFSA), ensuring compliance with grant governance, reporting and audit requirements. The role also provides operational and administrative support to Professional Practices & Certification (PP&C) department, contributing to the delivery of high-quality professional standards and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
SkillsFuture Study Award Administration
- Manage end-to-end processes of award administration
- Coordinate rescindment procedures for non-compliant or withdrawn recipients, including issuing formal letters and recovering disbursed funds
- Oversee grant disbursement and ensure accurate tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor and prepare reports on KPIs quarterly to external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
- Maintain accurate records in the Award Management System (AMS), ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Manage internal audit by preparing documentation and responding to audit queries. Ensure closure of post audit recommendation follow ups
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners
Operations and Administrative Support
- Assist in the administration of certification applications, including scheduling, candidate communications and logistics
- Operational and administrative support to the rest of functions under the PP&C department such as Workplace Transformation and Corporate Partners
- Maintain certification data and support reporting requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence
Requirements
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with excellent skills in Excel
- Experience in managing data through enterprise systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
