The Role
Join our dynamic regional HR team as an AI Intern, where you will explore the intersection of artificial intelligence and human resources across multiple domains: Learning & Development, Recruitment, HR Business Partnering, and HR Operations. You will work on real business challenges and actively contribute to high-impact projects that transform employee experiences and operational efficiency using data science, machine learning, and automation.
This internship provides hands-on experience applying AI to recruitment strategies, designing analytics dashboards for employee engagement and talent development, and optimizing HR processes such as onboarding, training, and workflow automation. You will collaborate with teams across HR, engineering, L&D, and operational functions, gaining valuable multi-country exposure across 6 countries and input at every project stage.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Research, propose and implement AI solutions for key HR functions, including candidate sourcing, L&D personalization, HR operations automation, and workforce analytics.
- Work alongside HR leaders to identify pain points and recommend AI-powered approaches across functions focusing on operational workflows.
- Gather, preprocess, and visualize people data for cross-functional HR reporting and decision support.
- Collaborate with global and local peers to pilot, evaluate, and refine emerging HR technologies, ensuring solutions meet the needs of diverse teams.
- Present project updates and recommendations to cross-functional leadership, translating technical insights into actionable HR strategies.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, HR Management, or a related field.
- Interest in human-centered AI applications for multiple HR functions, including L&D, recruitment, and business operations.
- Technical proficiency with Python, R, or relevant analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, TensorFlow, etc.).
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences and work collaboratively across teams.
- Analytical thinking, curiosity, and initiative to tackle complex HR problems in a data-driven environment.
- Hands-on exposure to digital transformation, real business scenarios, and region-wide HR technology projects.
- Development of both technical and human skills in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.
- Mentorship from HR leaders across all aspects of the People domain
- Experience in influencing and implementing people strategies for diverse teams.
