Vice President of Information Technology
We’re seeking a strategic IT leader to oversee technology operations, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems. As VP of IT & Security, you’ll drive efficiency, strengthen security, and lead digital transformation by aligning technology strategy with business goals and modernizing infrastructure, cloud, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities
- Develop and lead an IT strategy that supports business growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Oversee enterprise systems, ERP platforms, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity programs to ensure reliability, scalability, and protection of company data.
- Drive digital transformation by identifying and implementing technologies that improve efficiency, collaboration, and customer experience.
- Manage IT operations, budgets, vendors, and service delivery to maintain high performance and cost efficiency.
- Strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance with relevant security and data privacy standards.
- Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing IT and security team focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
- Partner with senior leadership to align technology investments with long-term business objectives.
- Lead change management efforts, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of new systems and processes across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of IT leadership, including 5+ years in a senior executive role
- Proven experience leading IT strategy, ERP systems, and cybersecurity programs
- Strong background in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud computing, and security frameworks (GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, ITIL, PMP) preferred
